DUE TO COVID-19 WE ARE EXPERIENCING SOME SHIPPING DELAYS. EXPECT YOUR ITEMS TO ARRIVE within 4-8 business days from purchase date.

Items listed as PRE ORDER: Pre ordering means once the item arrives from the warehouse to us it will ship directly to you as opposed of you trying to score this item during a drop. Items on pre order take 2 weeks to arrive to us but is subject to change we will ship immediately after we receive them.

Returns & Exchanges: ALL sales are final, but I understand things happen, if you are not satisfied with a product, I will gladly do an exchange within 12 days after product has shipped.
(WE ARE NOT DOING EXCHANGES AT THE MOMENT, WE WILL RESUME ONCE THE PANDEMIC IS OVER) 

Shipping: Please know that once a package is handed off to USPS, it is no longer our responsibility, but also know that all packages are personally handed to my mail lady and I don't say bye to her until I see she has scanned them all.

Paying for PRIORITY SHIPPING does not equal to "rush my order". We will continue to process orders as we receive them and when it's time to process your order.
